How Do I Use My 10 Order Discount?
At Compare My Laundry, we offer a 5% and 10% Discount off your 10th order. This Discount will automatically be applied on your 10th order when you checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you're able to cancel your order right before your chosen vendor processes it, however cancelling your order, you will be subject to a £5 cancellation fee.
I am not satisfied with my order
If you're unsatisfied with your order, please leave a review and comment in the review section of your order page. This will help other customers make better choices and encourage Laundromats and Dry Cleaners to up their game. Additionaly, reach out to the Business you placed an order with to try to work things out.
When do my funds get released as a Partner?
Your invoice will be produced once the invoice period (Monday - Sunday) is complete. This will usually occur on Monday so that we can authorize your payment as promptly as possible. We will authorise your payment within 2 business days of [Wednesday / Thursday] each week.
My clothes has been lost/ruined
Since Compare My Laundry are operating on a third party, we take no responsibilities, nor are we liable for any loss, damages of laundry. Please contact the Dry cleaner and/or Laundromat, who were responsible for the care of your clothes.
Can I cancel a collected order?
If you had booked a collection for your Laundry and the Laundromat/Dry Cleaners has collected it, but you want to cancel the laundry booking, you would be charged a £6 Cancellation fee which includes admin charges.

Am I able to get a refund on a cancelled order?
Yes, If you've placed an order and the Dry Cleaner/Laundromat hasn't accepted it, you can choose to cancel your order via 'My orders' in your account. Once you cancel your order, you would be prompted to choose whether you'd like your refund as a credit which you can use towards your next order straight away, or choose 'refund on my original payment method', in which you would incur an admin and bank charge of 3% on your totaling order; refund may take up to 10 working days, depending your bank.
I Made a mistake on my order
If by any means you have made a mistake on your order, do reach out to the chosen Laundromat/Dry Cleaner you had placed an order with and they will be able to rectify any order issues you have. You can find your chosen Dry Cleaner/Laundromat contact details in your 'My orders' page.
How do I get in contact in someone regarding my order?
We advise anyone who has any order related enquiries to contact the Laundromat/Dry Cleaner directly via the 'My orders' Section in your account.
I've missed my delivery, what should I do?
If by any means you have missed your scheduled delivery date, contact the Dry cleaner and/or Laundromat who you placed an order with, and they'll be happy to help reschedule your delivery for another time or day.
