Escrow Services

COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD; a subsidary of the COMPARIZON GROUP LIMITED company provides escrow services solely to Users of Service protection to ensure proof of delivery. We provide these escrow services solely to deliver, hold, or receive payment for services engaged through, and to pay fees including service, membership, payment processing and administration fees to, COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD, it’s partners, and credits on your account. These escrow services are intended for service use, and the Users agree to use these escrow funds only for business purposes provided by COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD.

 

COMPARIZON GROUP LIMITED will hold such funds when you order from third party Service Providers/Partners Providers/Partners through our website and release them within 2 business days of [Wednesday / Thursday] each week. COMPARIZON GROUP LIMITED do not arbitrate and can’t hold liability for complaints received against third party providers, nor have means to investigate or issue refunds after proof of delivery and release of escrow funds. As outlined in our privacy policy, you are subjected to terms and conditions of third-party Service Providers/Partners and encouraged to seek resolution in accordance with Service Providers/Partners in accordance to Service Providers/Partners specific terms. 

 

Customer Discounts:

COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD will provide customer / service buyer with either a 5% or a 10% discount upon successful completion of each 9 (Nine) orders entitled to be used against next purchase.

 

Laundromat/Dry Cleaners Fees:

COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD will charge service provider/Partners a sum of 30%-40% off every order received via platform, with a cap at 45%.

You understand and agree that COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD is not a party to any Direct Contract, is not involved in or responsible for any work performed by Service Providers/Partners advertised through our platform. COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD does not have any power or authority to, and does not, determine any eligibility standards for any Direct Contract, select or contract any Service Provider to provide services to a client, determine or control any term related to quality of service. COMPARIZON GROUP LIMITED provides escrow services, but does not guarantee quality of service provided by third party Service Providers/Partners. Service Providers/Partners listed through COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD services are responsible for quality of service and by signing up release COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD from any liability.

No modification of or amendment to the Direct Contract Terms, nor any waiver of any rights, will be effective unless in writing signed by you and COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent permitted by applicable law, COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD may amend the Contract Terms with prior notice at any time.

Your continued use of the Direct Contract Services constitutes your acceptance of its terms and agreement to be bound by its terms. In the event of a conflict between customer and third-party Partner, both parties should seek for resolution between each other. 

Privacy and Personal Data Protection

COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD abides by the General Data Protection Regulation (Directive 95/46/ec) which requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being processed or that is being collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing. The Act also requires us to obtain your consent to the collection and processing of your data that enables us to perform, analyse and improve our services, offer our services and communicate with you. we will use this data to provide you with the Services requested, to maintain our records and/or to send you relevant information.

By signing up to the COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD service and using COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD product, website or any other part of the system I hereby consent for my personal data (including sensitive data) to be collected and processed, and confirm that I agree to COMPARE MY LAUNDRY LTD’s Privacy Policy.
